Performing Arts Consultants was established in 1984 as a non-profit educational foundation for students of the performing arts. Since that time Performing Arts Consultants has been nationally recognized by thousands of director's as the festival company that is in tune with your music program. As a music educator, you will find our staff to understand all of your musical needs and concerns as it relates to music travel and festival events. That is because our experienced staff is mostly made up of former teachers and degreed musicians.

Performing Arts Consultants is the company that created and developed all of the music and dance programs for Festivals At Sea. Our "Rock the Boat with Festivals At Sea" programs now offer the student cruise experience on board several world class cruise ships and cruise lines such as; Carnival Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, Regal Cruise Line, Imperial Majesty Cruise Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line.

Most recently in 2000, the Virginia Arts Festival appointed Performing Arts Consultants to be the music festival organization to exclusively operate the Azalea Festival for the City of Norfolk. This year will be the 50th anniversary of the "Parade of Nations" in conjunction with all NATO nations. The Azalea Festival also features concert performances at Chrysler Hall, Scope Arena, and the Roper Performing Arts Center.

Performing Arts Consultants is also proud to offer Spring Music Festivals in the following cities: Atlanta, Anaheim, Boston, Breckenridge, Chicago, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Honolulu, Houston, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, Norfolk, Orlando, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, Toronto, Washington, DC and Wildwood Beach, NJ.
