Your payment collection can be made easier with our simple Individual Billing Service. When you begin planning for your tour, ask your Tour Consultant to include Individual Billing. Look over this information to see how collecting tour payments can be made simple!

What do I have to do?
You collect the deposit checks just like you normally would. Attach each check, made out to New Horizons, to the registration form and mail it into our Individual Billing Service.
That’s it?
Pretty much! On every due date, you will receive faxed list of participants showing who stills owes and who has paid. You will need to make sure all payments are in so everyone can go on the trip.
What if I have low sign-up?
You can choose one of three options:
1. Build in any additional cost up front for a number adjustment charges.
2. You can spread the additional cost over those that are participating.
3. The school/group/boosters can cover any additional cost.
What about cancellations/non-payment?
We help you set the cancellation deadlines. Participants fax or mail their cancellation form to us. New Horizons will work with you to collect final balances, but the group is still responsible for final payment of the tour.
How do I sign up for this?
Just let your Tour Consultant know that you want this feature. A minimal fee will be added to each participant’s cost. We will provide you with your registration forms, a welcome letter, and an envelope to mail in your registration forms.
 
 

The Individual Billing Service is just another way we do it all for you. We offer this feature to help make the whole trip process easier and much less stressful for you.

As a sponsor, you:

  • Collect deposit checks and mail them in attached to the registration forms
  • Receive fax or email updates that review on-time and late payments. You can also check participant payment status 24-hours a day, online at www.nhtt.com
  • Remind late payers
  • Monitor and ensure that full payment is received by New Horizons Tour & Travel prior to departure.
  • Take responsibility for final payment of the tour prior to departure.

The Individual Billing Service:

  • Receives the registration forms and payment checks or Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover
  • Sends invoices out to each participant
  • Provides online balance inquiry and payment access
  • Collects the payments and deposits them
  • Keeps you up to date on payment status
  • Can accommodate fundraising monies and scholarship programs
