Each group will participate in music workshops/rehearsals led by John Jacobson, founder of America Sings! and internationally renown choral composer and choreographer.
In addition, every group has the option to do a specially designed Disney Vocal Soundtrack Workshop:
Students step into an actual sound studio for a simulated recording session; complete with headphones and click track. A Disney musical director conducts the session, treating students like professional studio musicians hired to overdub previously-learned material, sight-read and bring to life a score for a Disneyland® Resort show.
This hands-on learning laboratory gives students insight into the world of the professional singer, realistic career expectations, and the importance of a good work ethic that can be related to many other careers and educational pursuits.
Your choral group will also:
