"NEWS" HORIZONS

Creating "Memories Of A Lifetime"...

"Creating memories" involves more than booking buses, hotel rooms and ordering tickets.  New Horizons understands that the ultimate travel experience is customized to meet your unique and individual goals and objectives, and at the same time stay within the requirements of your school, and budget constraints of your program and community.

A successful travel experience begins with good communication between yourself (or the person in charge of your trip planning) and your New Horizons Tour Consultant.  Advance consideration of the following points will provide your New Horizons Consultant with critical information to assure that your entire "experience" will be all you have expected and more!

What are the goals and objectives of our trip?
A trip to compete at a Festival will have a different focus than a tour to perform in the Rose Parade, a concert tour to Europe, or a trip to perform at Disney.

Do you know where you want to travel?
If you have not selected a destination, you can ask your New Horizons Tour Consultant for suggestions that will meet your needs as addressed in the following questions.

What types of performances would you like on tour?

Performances can be arranged in a variety of venues from national and international festivals, theme parks, service performances at retirement homes and VA hospitals, school performances, and clinics with outstanding conductors from National Music Ensembles or Universities.

What requirements or parameters are imposed by your school district?

Can you travel only during a specific time frame?  Must you be back by a certain time?  Can you travel only a certain distance from your community or perhaps only in-state?  Do you have a limited number of days?
