Do you have parents who are not chaperones asking if they can "come along?" Or are they asking you to offer a special fan package? New Horizons has become experts in providing "fan" or "booster" trips to shadow your band, choir, or orchestra trip. The best part is you do not have to do a thing! Simply ask your Tour Consultant for a "fan" package and distribute the registration forms. You let us know if you want the fans at your hotel or at a different hotel, what activities you would like the parents to attend that are in the group itinerary, and we do the rest. Parents send the registration forms directly to New Horizons. The parent group will have their own New Horizons Tour Director, and keep the "fans" occupied and well taken care of from beginning to end.
