"NEWS" HORIZONS

National Tour
Association (NTA) Takes New Name

New! "Fan" Trips Available

New!  Band, Orchestra, and Choir "Fan" Trips (for "non-chaperones" who want to travel along with your group) bring loyalty to your program without the  hassle.  "We do it all for you!"

Do you have parents who are not chaperones asking if they can "come along?"  Or are they asking you to offer a special fan package?   New Horizons has  become experts in providing "fan" or "booster" trips to shadow your band, choir, or orchestra trip.  The best part is you do not have to do a thing!  Simply ask your Tour Consultant for a "fan" package and distribute the registration forms.  You let us know if you want the fans at your hotel or at a different hotel, what activities you would like the parents to attend that are in the group itinerary, and we do the rest.  Parents send the registration forms directly to New Horizons.  The parent group will have their own New Horizons Tour Director, and keep the "fans" occupied and well taken care of from beginning to end.  (Minimum numbers may be required to offer totally separate tours).  Contact your New Horizons Tour Consultant today to begin planning your "fan" trip.

Last week five New Horizons staff arrived at the NTA Annual Convention and left the CrossSphere Convention five days later.  Midweek, the new name was revealed to reflect the diversity of our members across the globe.  Kathy LeTarte, President of New Horizons, was Chairman of the Board in 2001-2002.  "This change of name represents a progressive approach to the changes in our association to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers."
